I am absolutely outraged with this store. I came to pick up an app order and politely asked to use the restroom, and they told me NO because I was a delivery driver. I practically came as if I were the customer picking up the order. Many friends and I have shopped at this store before, and today I was discriminated against. I'm not homeless, so I can't be refused. The service is appalling, and it makes me never want to shop at this store again in the future.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We loved the lattes they have , we got the banana pudding latte which was perfect. I love that their drinks are not overly sweet and that you’re able to adjust the sweetness.
My husband got the tiramisu biscoff latte and he loved that.
Also , why is this my first time hearing about a croffle ?! Well I tried it today and it was delicious. The strawberry matcha croffle was soooo good.
If you guys are in the area , I highly recommend you checking A Tea Thing out !

Novea, Isabel, Sophia, and the whole team go above and beyond. They honestly deserve a holiday pay raise soon and special recognition for their friendliness, kindness and generosity.

Don’t go in there. They refused my service dog. The person working there said can you step out with the dog.
My wife loves this place. She gets Boba from here all the time and they remember her order!
Mediocre place, the boba they gave me must have sat for a long time and because too mushy. Service was bad.
