Novea, Isabel, Sophia, and the whole team go above and beyond. They honestly deserve a holiday pay raise soon and special recognition for their friendliness, kindness and generosity.

Been coming here since they opened and the drinks have always been amazing. Their croffles are delicious too. The establishment is always clean, friendly and they get through orders quickly. We regularly order the matcha drinks and the sea salt Viet coffee. The early grey matcha is my favorite. Can't recommend this place enough!

I have always loved their drinks over the years. The price is steep, but you get quality and quantity.
However, my past few visits haven’t been to the ‘A Tea Thing’ standards that I have come to enjoy through the years. The prices have gone up due to inflation so that’s understandable. Where they are starting to lack is the quality of the drinks! They have become watered down where it is noticeable. Again, I am comparing them to themselves (not to other places) through the years. If I were a newer customer then they probably wouldn’t notice anything.
The Thai tea was quality top tier, but not so much anymore.
