The cookies and cream with Boba is so, so delicious. Nothing tops it.Staff are always super friendly. Clean, fast, delicious. 5 stars!

Parking: Parking can be occasionally annoying

To be fair, the four stars is mostly because of the long wait which I know is due to understaffing... I pre-ordered and it took well over 30 minutes.It could also use a little friendly decor.But the drinks are without a doubt delicious! This most recent time I went, the drinks seemed a little watered down but I'm willing to attribute that to that lack of staff.Overall, reliably good.
