The brisket bites are what ever they are called are great tender and flavorful try them
For $18 my curly fries were hard and cold and so was my rueben cold the food should be hot stop concentrating on how fast we get the food but concentrate on the quality we dont mind waiting for hot and freshly prepared food that's why their no line because we can do better at home I won't be reccomending no to eat here it not freshly prepared

Average sized dining area, but it was clean. Standard Arby's from a menu point of view, all the normal menu items. I used the app and got one roast beef sandwich free. Also got the potato cakes, always yummy.
Single, unisex bathroom that was also clean. You do need the code from the cashier to get in.
Parking was easy but watch the bike lane cones when entering it.
Worked for us.

On October 5th, my husband, my brother, and I decided to try Arby’s for the first time. We each created our own accounts through the app to browse the menu and place our individual orders. We were excited to use the BOGO coupon available, which allowed us to try multiple sandwiches as new customers.
After placing our orders, we went to the drive-thru to pick them up. When we reached the speaker, we said, “We have three separate orders for [names].” The employee asked us to pull forward to the window, and we could hear another voice in the background saying, “They need to come inside.”
When we got to the window, the employee immediately spoke to us in a frustrated tone, saying we weren’t allowed to order separately. He said, “We took $35 from them for ordering separately,” and repeatedly emphasized that what we did “wasn’t cool” and “isn't allowed.” We explained that we were three different people, each paying for our own meal, and that this was our first time ever visiting Arby’s.
He then replied, “Well, I don’t know that your accounts were all just created,” implying that this was somehow an issue. We tried to clarify that our accounts were new because we had never been to Arby’s before, but he continued to talk over us. He ultimately said, “We’ll let it slide this time, but we’re going to remember you.”
We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since this was our very first Arby’s experience. We were genuinely excited to try your food and were surprised by how we were treated for simply ordering separately as new customers.

I just want to start off that I have never been more uncomfortable in my life at a drive thru, this experience was totally unexpected.
My wife, brother in law, and I all downloaded the Arby's app and saw you guys had a BOGO promotion so we decided give it a try as you guys have many different delicious options. However, upon picking up our orders the drive thru manager was very aggressive in his manors along with making allegations that we just create accounts to get BOGO offers and abuse the system when this is not the case. I attempted to explain that this is my second time ever eating at Arby's and I didn't have an online account prior, but he kept talking over me.
I also had to explain that I had an order, my wife has an order and her brother has an order which is why we are picking up two orders with the same last name. It's just a shame that it was a misunderstanding that didn't even get a chance to be explained as the manager was upset. On top of this my order didn't even come with my Cheddar Cup that I paid extra for.
Please just focus on the customer service experience it is not difficult to be kind.

I was ask for more onion for my hamburger because they put only two slice and the manager said have to charge me more money ,I never come back to this place Arby's on 6850 reseda Blvd. Note: the manager talk to much and loud
