Looks and feels that it's had its best days years ago. Dim sum: only above the frozen stuff at the store. Lady forgot I was even there, possibly because I wasn't at a table. Atmosphere "just feels dirty." Need I say more? Nope!

I went and ate at the Reseda branch. Food was excellent. It was the same taste and quality as it used to be. Service is attentive. Ambiance is so-so. Parking is tight. This is the best branch of the three.

Best Chinese restaurant in the valley as far as I'm concerned. I usually get the sweet and sour cod, though the Mongolian beef also rocks when I'm in the mood for something darker. Nice ambience and quick, friendly service. I've been here several times, as well as their other restaurant in the Granada Hills area, and I've never been disappointed.
