Birria Del Valle is my go to birria spot in The San Fernando Valley. I would go as far to say it's the best of all LA county. I've had thier mulittas, quesabirria and had for the first time today thier Birria Noodles in which all have been outstanding in taste, filling and freshness. It's a must try no doubt & mock my words when I say you will keep coming back. If I could rate it's overall quality, it's beyond a five star rating.

This place came up as highly rated. Staying above a 4.3 is pretty difficult for any restaurant, but they managed to achieve a decent rating. Pretty strong location for a truck. Enough parking with good views of the street. The menu is not overwhelming as they keep it pretty simple. Now I'd like to note that while our order wasn't small, it also didn't justify a 35 min wait time. We ordered meals for 3 People. Persons who ordered after us received their meals before we did. I would let that slide if you were able to order online, but there are no indications of that. Service was just that slow. The food was fresh, filling and tasty, thankfully. I'll reserve the right to review them again if I have time to waste and am wanting some slightly above average Birria Tacos.

Fresh and hot of the comal. Everything here is delicious. From the soft flavorful rice & beans to the Birria nachos, quesa tacos, or carne asada tacos it's all so yummy ?

This is my first time trying birria at this place. I wasn't a big fan. The customer service was not at expectations. They aren't that talkative smile while your ordering. After they gave me my food, I asked if they put utensils in there, and they said yes. When I got to my job, there was not a single utensil.

The birria ramen is fantastic! If you're getting tacos, I highly recommend the queso tacos, LOTS of melty, delicious cheese!And the customer service is AWESOME! Very friendly & personable.

Been looking around for some good birria and so glad we saw this truck. The meat was tender and the consome (broth) was flavorful and not overly greasy.So glad that they didn't skimp on meat on the caldo and other food. Definitely coming back.
