First time here! Place was super cute, apparently you can build your own drink since everything is hand crafted and made on the spot, boba was super tasty and sweet great texture too, awesome place to be so close to my nieces high school Cleveland also. I got there new pumpkin spice drink cus who doesn’t love pumpkin spice, it comes with coffee jelly I suggest adding boba also!!! Yum oh and I got a Jack skellington funky! Will be my go to for valley boba

An excellent vibe. The drinks are great, I asked for half the amount of sweetener and the worker was so cool about it. She even offered to remake it if it was too sweet. Also picked up some of the surprise boxes. My niece got a sonic shaped like a bear and I got a very cute pin. 10/10 would return.
It's a pretty neat place to grab some boba drinks and a novelty.

It was super easy to park and find. Matthew was who helped me and he made me the BEST matcha latte i’ve had. It’s easily accessible for me to study and do my work here. Always good boba and good vibes. Great place to chill and have a nice drink. Thank you Matthew for such a beautiful experience. Also, got a cute little friend!

There not open when they say they will be. Drinks are good if your able to wait 10-15min for them to make bobba. Happened to me 4x and do not go anymore because sick of not being ready.

Don't really write reviews but felt like I had to this time. We initially came in the store because we got a text message promo saying all "tings" 30% off for memorial day (May 25 & 26). When I tried to purchase a Dragonball figure the cashier wasn't aware of any memorial day promos and said the 30% off was for the "cups" (boba drinks I assumed).
We did purchase Boba drinks first (before buying the figurine) and didn't receive any discount either even though I did have a free large drink in points.
Overall it was a very confusing experience not knowing what the 30% off was for. We were excited to spend some loot on some funkos and other fun stuff but came out scratching our heads. Not to any fault of the cashier because she was very nice and service was good. I just don't think she was aware of any promo. We come to the store every now and then but this time was very disappointing.
