This Carls Junior is absolutely horrible. They always have only 1 person working and you get your food in 20 minutes. Everytime I’ve come here I’ve gotten my food so late in the drive through and on top of that they don’t ever get my order right. I’d skip this location overall

Please I would love someone to explain this to me.. I ordered my food at the counter. There was no discount on the app I was wanting to use, I figured I'd add my stars later like I always do. How? Tell me how is the app telling me I've already added my star to my account when my code was never scanned???? I'm sorry this is absolutely ridiculous. This is the third problem I've had with a Carl's Jr and their app. First to my coupons on the app I was told don't work at those locations yet I thought they were supposed to work out every location. Now this. After the first two I decided to give them one more chance. Why? It's nothing but problems now. I reported both problems to customer support and all I got was I'm sorry you had this experience. It took over a month for an email.. why put into customer support to put a complaint if they're not going to do anything about it. Carl's Jr has officially lost my business.

There is only ONE person working and it is Sunday at 12:42pm (lunch hours)… we waiting more than 15 minutes in the drive through for our two combos of 3 piece chicken fingers. HIRE MORE STAFF if you are going to be open!

This is the 3rd time I ordered after work early morning 4 to 5am this time i didn't get my online order and the last 2 times i ordered it took a long time for my order, And they won't even give you any sauce at all. The attendant was rude and maybe sleeping. Not going back here anymore. Had to go to carls Sherman way to order and the clerk was very helpful. I guess they don't want my business.
