This is the worst place like Pizza was made so poorly no sauce no cheese called to get a refund and all they can do is offer a credit for next time we shop with them. I don’t want to shop with you again. I just want my money back

Let me keep a simple this Domino’s Pizza or me $38, it’s been three weeks and they haven’t sent me a refund, they make excuses, eventually got Tattoo me calling and tell me that there’s nothing they could do in regards to a refund, now they ignore my calls and just leave me on hold, don’t come here. They are thieves. I’m just wanting you ahead of time. These people are thieves, I’m done chasing them for $38, this is ridiculous. I’m Never. Ever Again ordering From dominos.

Extremely disappointed!
The deliver time continued to get later and later and later despite the fact that I live 4 minutes from this location. I was on hold for over 10 minutes by the time the driver finally showed up. COLD PIZZAS, BARELY ANY SAUCE (it looks like only 1/2 the pizzas actually got sauce), AND NO LONGER CRISPY....JUST THIN AND SOGGY. And when the guy arrived and gave me the pizza, he stood there actually waiting...for what...more tip than the one I put on the damn order that you didn't deserve?! Wow.
I tried calling multiple times, only to have no one answer, ever. I want a REFUND OR at least CREDIT for my purchase. When I get credit, I will go to the Northridge location.

Do not give them business this place the employees are high they speed on your food and they lie about deliveries that not showing up too many times and then they leave the phone off the hook so they won’t take calls. Do not give them the business.

Placed order online said it would take 30 min, 45 minutes past, called them to check on order, says the order was just placed 10 minutes ago, said he was waiting for a driver to come back and then it would be delivered and it would take another 20 minutes for them to deliver my pizza. Super disappointed/upset/ and definitely annoyed I canceled my order
Ordered 2 pizzas. Nothing special. Was notified pizza left for delivery (1.2 miles away) THIRTY-ONE minutes before it arrived!! It’s cold! Driver was meh! I called to ask what’s going on and was on hold for over TWELVE minutes WITHOUT ANY ANSWER!! Resorted to a review to share my experience!! I hope corporate gets involved to make corrections with this site!!

Ordered online and dominos tracker says delivered, no pizza to be found and had specific instructions on leave at door, called and say thats the system fault and driver is running late, another 30 minutes, so its about 1 hour, i call and get put on hold for 20 minutes and called using another phone and Josh, says the driver delivered to the address, and says the deliverers are not liers, as he was trying to get the order remade, I said no, and asked for the refund.
You can really taste the quality.
