Bought pizza on 12/24/23 at 4:30. Dough was raw but my daughter forgot to call and complain. I called on 12/26 at 1:15 and spoke with Maria the manager who said it's been 2 days since we ordered and there's nothing they can do. I argued she did not know the meaning of 2 days and she constantly interrupted. Will never order from this location again.

I tried to leave an comment, but just like when I tried to order the pizza on the website, it didn't work. What it all amounted to was, awful, terrible and just as pricey as better places. Advertising coupons to compensate for absolute...xxap.No Sir,I'm not convinced.

Terrible. Refuse to answer phone call at 12:29am for me to place a pick up order. I left the call line ringing to see if they would wait until 1am on the phone call and that's exactly what happened. This place need new staff

Really bad service last night at this location, they called me and said I placed my order to late if I don't pick it up in 20 minutes they would cancel the order. I placed my order on time it's not my fault the system took my order. When we picked up our order they were extremely rude and when we got home one of the pizzas was not cooked properly we threw away one whole pizza dough was extremely raw and doughy! Never again.
second order is what I paid for but Anthony did not put the toppings so he asked me to wait another 6 minutes after waiting 20 mins, I said I dnt have time just refund me, he was not able to give me refund then he asked me to call next time to order any large pizza and will be free so I called today and Fabiola the manager stated what do I want for 2 topping pizza ? I said I did not pay for 2 toppings, he said I cant do anything , I will give you 2 toppings.Did not apologize or anything, she said go and report to management it's okay.1st time coming to this place staff are fighting guy from register and cook.Wont be coming to this place again.

I keep waiting and waiting for more than a 1hr then they said 2 then 5 mins then 3mins omg. I right outside more than a hour then they said the deliver guy been here 2times but no showed?? Omg this domino is terrible to order and deliver.

We had a major issue with an a order where we were charged 3 times more and I have called/emailed/texted numerous times and BOY HAVE I BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND! The actual location (tarzana) was unable to help me and referred me to corporate and it's been impossible to talk to anyone- getting hold of customer service. I got one email in response as they asked me to reply to an online chat (robo cop style) and I don't even know what is happening at this point. It is exremely annoyong- they ask me 400 questions till i decided to write this easy yelp review- hoping someone will get back to me about my order.
