I used to frequently order El Pollo Loco way back in the day 90s and 2000s, when prices were cheap & portions were very generous. Stopped going when it was cheaper to just drop by the local market and just buy a whole rotisserie chicken. But today I just wanted some chicken thighs quick so decided to go through the drive thru. Yikes! 3 thighs, pretty small in size, and 2 sides of measly portions of broccoli for about $15!!! For that price I could get 2 whole rotisserie chickens at the market! 🐓🐓🍗 But customer service at this location was primo! 👍👍

I literally came here and they took my order first at a five people left my order sitting in a bag didn’t hear me as I’m asking for a staff member and then when I told her you guys just left my order there sitting there for over five minutes, she just laughedand I said can you make it fresh she ignored me and just gave me the order. This is literally the worst El Pollo Loco ever

Ordered through the app and when I got there my order was ready but there was no salsas included , no utensils, and no napkins either. I have never been to a pollo loco that doesn’t automatically include these items with your order.
