Staff was friendly, a little bit more than the management. There was 3 managers only one interacted with me, the other 2 just looked at me not even a hello or a smile. But everyone else was very pleasant. Food was fresh and delicious

I’ve been coming to El Pollo Loco for years, and the food is always really good. Big shoutout to Jose, the store manager — you can tell he cares about making every meal delicious and fresh. Thanks to him and the whole team for keeping it awesome every time!

The inside was closed by 9:00 p.m. and the drive-thru wouldn't take the card that I was using, the in the drive up they can only take it inside so therefore I didn't get any food this time, but every single time my husband and I have gotten food there it is very good!!☺️
