I used to frequently order El Pollo Loco way back in the day 90s and 2000s, when prices were cheap & portions were very generous. Stopped going when it was cheaper to just drop by the local market and just buy a whole rotisserie chicken. But today I just wanted some chicken thighs quick so decided to go through the drive thru. Yikes! 3 thighs, pretty small in size, and 2 sides of measly portions of broccoli for about $15!!! For that price I could get 2 whole rotisserie chickens...

Staff was friendly, a little bit more than the management. There was 3 managers only one interacted with me, the other 2 just looked at me not even a hello or a smile. But everyone else was very pleasant. Food was fresh and delicious

I’ve been coming to El Pollo Loco for years, and the food is always really good. Big shoutout to Jose, the store manager — you can tell he cares about making every meal delicious and fresh. Thanks to him and the whole team for keeping it awesome every time!
