I found this gem earlier this week and it’s now apart of my daily routine after I drop off the kiddo and before my workout. That’s how amazing their pre-workout protein shakes and herbal teas are - I get a different flavor everyday.
The moment you walk in you’re greeted with such warmth from the staff and they are just so kind and patient. I love this place and highly recommend it!!!

This is a great place to get a healthy shake. Friendly staff, locally owned, fresh baked, healthy breakfast pastries. Stop in and support this small business. You will feel better after having one of their delicious, healthy shakes. ?

I have been wanting to try this place for the longest time, and I am so glad I finally was able to go in today. They were so welcoming, there were other customers who are regulars and they were also inviting. The owner is so sweet, she had her infant daughter strapped to her as she was walking around making drinks and chatting with the customers. Just the cutest!And the tea… my goodness, I cannot even describe how amazing this drink tastes. ? I will definitely become a regular...
