I’m surprised to see jack in the box like that very bad customer service long waiting lines at drive t is did take each car 15 minutes I’m guessing they didn’t have enough people and food was cold
It appears that a lot is broken at this location. drink machine doesn’t work, bathrooms have urine all over the floor and manager ignores people at counter to focus 100% on drive through.
I was waiting at counter for 7 mins to order. during that time, several more people showed up. when the manager finally returned, i was ignored and others were served before me. I’m curious if my ethnicity had anything to do with that.

Everything was cold
The lady and the bald guy is so rude !!!!!✌️
Food was cold also, the ladies in the back do not wear gloves, touching my tacos without gloves. Disgusting.
It's basic
The woman working the drive thru windows shouldn't have been. Had to repeat myself over and over and over for each item I said and she still couldn't get it right.
And she wouldn't let me do two separate orders she told me one order per car.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwich combos Both hash brown was soaked in grease and my French toast too I called and all that the shift leader could say was sorry bring it back I’ll replace it so disgusted
Service suck my daughters food was cold. Cashier gave no suggestions when buying food. As a person that has work in fast food you would suggest that way you save some money on combos. Notice that they are friendly with male guess. I Don't believe I will be back to this on

Rude customer service. So this morning I decided to give this location another chance but they failed miserably. I placed an order for a cluck sandwich at 630am and b4 I can tell the Spanish lady I have a coupon she already charged me full price . So I told her to cancel it and she said I'll refund it but I refuse to take a new order from you. So I left after she gave me a hard time. being professional is one thing but refusing to do your job is a another. Never will I purchase anything from that location again

After arriving into LAX at midnight, we pulled up to the drive-thru at 2:00 a.m. There was a line of four cars in front of us. We had a straightforward order, one order of tacos, a lemonade, two bacon cheeseburger combo meals, and another specialty burger a la carte. When we arrived at the window, after paying, two of the three employees working asked us to get back in line and drive through a second time because the burgers weren't ready. There were six cars behind us, so I pushed back a bit. The two employees insisted that we drive back through. I instead parked, walked up to the window and quietly and politely waited for my order. The window staff handed me three bags and two drinks. I politely informed her that the lemonade was missing. She gave me the lemonade and I got in my car and drove away only to find, once back on the highway, that
neither of the bacon cheeseburgers had the bacon that we paid dearly for. We won't be back.

I will not recommend this restaurant to nobody. Their food is disgusting. Their supervisors are very rude and very mean. The people that works in there. They are very mean very rude. I would not go to this restaurant anymore in my life again
