Food is decent however; drive thru is lacking productivity. They make you park and wait additional time for breakfast items. In addition they mess up the orders about 60% of the time and can't even offer an honest apology or make it right.

My experience at Jack in the Box was disappointing due to abysmal customer service. The staff seemed disinterested, displayed a lack of professionalism, and took forever to take my order. The attitude was indifferent, and there was no effort to address concerns or provide assistance. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant encounter that left a sour taste.

My car was vandalized by an employee. An employee placed a sticker in the center on my windshield. This sticker is completely impossible to come off without the use of chemicals. When I asked the employees why they did so, "Their answer was you shouldn't have parked there. Would you like to pay for the tow next time." No where in those 4 parking spots does it say I can not park there. They have signs on all the other parking but not on those 4 spots. When I asked for the corporate number or the owners email the store manager and the drive thru lady told me to fuck off and find it myself. 1 That's poor customer service and 2 they should have chosen better words. Now this is a $110,000 car that they vandalized. This needs to be corrected.

Great service! Randy is amazing and very patient. He definitely looks out and makes sure everything is served correctly. Food is always great! The store is clean and never had any issues coming to this location.

They held a fire extinguisher and I thought nothing of itI was served burnt food in drive through when I came back I was bullied and threatened. My lawyer will continue this for the anxiety attack and breathing attack I had. My son almost chocked, stressed and horrified by what he put in his mouth. I'll see you guys in court. Personal and corporate. I have it all recorded.I contacted corporate. You can't treat people this way. Scare them and bully them.
