I had a great experience. Employee was nice, I just wish they had more in the menu. The restaurant itself looks very inviting and I know it goes great in the area. Specially for the kids getting out of school. The is why I think they should add food items to their menu and not just snacks.

They need to hire/ replace employees that have no customer service and no drive. Fresas con crema? More like fresas con milk. Literally no toppings either. The worst service coming from the girl with two nose piercings black hair, star stickers on her face.

This place is pretty small, but they have a lot of ice cream options as well as popsicle options. They have snacks, ice cream scoops, frozen treats, frozen drinks, and fruit cocktails.I definitely recommend the banana split, to me it seems pretty good for the price. It came with 3 scoops of ice cream (you can choose your flavors), whipped cream, strawberry or chocolate drizzle, cherries and of course the banana.It's a nice place to bring kids to get them a treat.

the two stars are for the young gentleman that's in the pictures. He helped me and my friends out, there was a total of 4 people working and 3 of them were some young ladies who look like they are still in middle school who completely ignored my friend when she tried to order multiple times, instead they walked to the back and never came back out, thankfully the guy came and helped us out with our orders but the service was terrible from the girls but 10/10 from the young gentlemen.

Today is July 15, 2023 7 PM . These young ladies have the worst customer service they are not pleasant. They don't smile they slam the fridge doors and overall made us feel not welcome. Every time I've come here I spend $30 for seven Popsicles. Today I asked for an empty cup, so my little boy can put his popsicle in it, the lady said that it would be 1$ dollar for each empty cup. I'll take my money and family somewhere else next time. The older gentleman in the street cart has superior attitude and costumer service than these two here today.

I love ice cream and everything from this place is with fresh fruit so yummy natural flavor and different flavors is hard to find out what is better everything is really good., chongos zamorano, piña chamoy , avocado ice pops and I can keep going ?

I just stumbled in here for the first time and I've lived in Reseda for three years. Never knew this place was here. So glad that there's an amazing local ice cream shop a stone's throw away! I chatted with Leslie behind the counter who prepared a sweet corn and pistachio popsicle...they were delicious!

Not worth it! workers who don’t wear gloves and touch everything and they are all kids with no adult supervision. The kids look younger than 16, running a place by themselves with no one to manage them.
