I just went there to order to go, place completely empty. The guy there rude, doesn't even acknowledge me until, then I asked for the menu, and he said prices are the same. The same to what? I've never been there, and I need a menu to see what I want and prices. He didn't want to give me a menu; I walked out. Owner, please fire this idiot

They served me a loin that WAS NOT LOMO, it was parboiled steak over a lot of vinegar. The other time I came back, another Mexican cook had a thin steak, never loin... but this time very little potato... they told me that I would have to buy a portion... everyone staff, cook, waitress and cashier, CHANGE EVERY MOMENT... I remember one time the chickens were burned and they told me, excuse me, they would recognize me next time and the next time. Nothing... but nothing, they charge 20 dollars a plate. There is something to have lucky I think.

I arrived at the restaurant for the first time with excitement to try rice with chicken, Daniel the cashier was very kind in serving me. I ordered rice with chicken and after 15 minutes my plate arrived at the table. When I ate the dressing on the rice with chicken it was spicy, the rice needed to be cooked. I had a bad experience because I was hoping to try delicious rice with chicken. I do not recommend the place to eat rice with chicken. I respectfully recommend changing the chicken rice recipe. Finally, I couldn't eat it and had to return it. The manager said he would call me to see how to return the money, but no one ever called, it was a scam because they don't care about the customer! Terrible service, Full of people who do not know how to demand good food and service. If you read this, think twice about wanting to have a bad time.

The food was tasty and the ambiance was very laidback. The service was polite and helpful in making dinner selections.

Not sure why I got refused dine-in service, when a party of 6 ordered right before me and they were allowed to stay and dine in. It was just my boyfriend and I, we each ordered a meal, nothing was extra. If it was because my boyfriend is African American, then they should post a sign saying they refuse to serve anyone but their own kind! When I approached the cashier and asked him why they were allowed to stay and eat but we weren't, I got a bullshit excuse saying they had gotten here earlier, which if that was the case, then why did they complete their order seconds before I approached the front counter?Needless to say, no matter what the food tastes like, I will go to another local Peruvian spot for this fare, service is shit and not worth trying!

The service is good and all but my complaint that made me give the 1 star review is the sudden and high increase of the menu prices, like paying $30 for a single plate when it was much cheaper like a month or 2 ago makes me not want to come here again. Also the to go meals are not that big either compared to dining inside though they cost the same

Howdy howdy Alright, listen up. If you're not sure about Listo El Pollo, I am here to push to give it a try. I was not looking forward to it, very hesitant but after 20 minutes of reviewing the pictures and reading the old menu pictures I somehow convinced myself. Trust me I went all in, I got the whole chicken special to go, which comes with two large sides and a 2L soda. Lots of food, for my sides I went for the fries, and beans. The fries are just regular fries house made I assume, 2.5 out of 5. The Peruvian beans also 2/5 . The chicken though! Wow, whatever rub they use made it delicious. That I will give a 6/5 that's how good it is. I also got the Yuca. The yuca was bare with nothing but I love Yuca so to me it was delicious especially bcus I dipped the yucca in that yellow spicy sauce which bam was a party in my mouth! I also got the rice chaufa combination with it all.. shrimp, lomo, chicken and egg and onions and man!! So honestly give it a try. I will definitely order again!

Decent chicken with delicious rice and beans. Lots of flavor. Chicken portion a little on the small side, but sides were ample. Price was very reasonable at $10.50. Next time will order more. Restaurant clean. Server friendly. Ambiance pleasant though tvs were loud. Still enjoyable and a solid meal.
