Food is expensive more than any other really good Guatemalan restaurant and food is not that good.

First time visiting this location. The food was okay. The curtido was good though. I like that they were nice. I went in there and had to spend over $10 to use my debit card. They don’t take partial payments. I got a pupusa revuelta (w/everything in it) Also a horchata, so it can come up to $10 to use my card. But the ladies there were helpful. Grasias

I used to come and eat here and enjoyed it!!! But now lady with blonde hair really has a serious problem with her attitude! I totally told her that the coffee was not it!!! Instead of her offering me to exchange it or make a new one she literally said well that’s the coffee we sell, I was not trying to get my money but definitely she could off offer something else, definitely now know why is always empty now!!!!

I got charged $69.28 for 2 breakfast plates, 2 arroz con leche, 1 coffee, and 4 pan dulces. I got ripped off.

It is terrible service, they have information that is useless and the worst thing is that they charge you for the order and leave you waiting like a fool, then they wipe their hands saying that it was the delivery person who charged you for your money and to finish, the one they supposedly have for customer service is A rude pedant, I think they are on the moon and don't even know what to say. I will never order from this place again.

Good service but the food was a scam. I asked for beef broth and they gave me pure water with a piece of meat about two inches long. I won't get it again.

For me, Laverda is an excellent service in the time I have to get to the restaurant. I recommend it, the food is super delicious, I love it.

I placed an order by phone 1 hour before to pick it up at a specific time and when it arrived it was not ready yetAnd when they were supposed to give me my order they had got the order mixed up... There is still a lot to improve, the service is not the best either, the girl was in a bad mood when I asked her about my order I would definitely not go there again

I have visited the place a few times in hot weather the place does not have air conditioning it is very hot inside it makes you not want to return again the girls serve very well the food is very expensive not very good .. I hope they solve the air conditioning problem soon
