I never order pizza from Pizza Hut! They overcharge you if you call into the store and pick it up. The online prices are way different. Why rip off a customer? I will never order from Pizza Hut again!

I never got my food DoorDash driver came to my place sat in the car and then drove off with my food . I paid 80 bucks for it and all they could do was refund me In 7days . I’m going back to dominoes. This place is horrible!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Placed an order over the phone, after an hour that the pizza didn’t arrive I called to check on it, they said that they have no order placed. I called back to the call center, no one give me any answers and just hung up on me. The name of the guy in the call center was Santiago, he was very rude and gives us no service. Hopefully Pizza Hut CS will listen to the phone recording and understand what service this guy is giving to customers.

I really like that they have a pasta option. The service was good. The only thing that wasn't great was when I ordered over the phone it goes through a 3rd party and it gets confusing. Other than that the food was good ??

The only reason this place is running smoothly is because of Rodrigo. He has great customer service. I had an issue with their 3rd party delivery service ( DoorDash) he was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. I’ll continue to order from my local neighborhood.

This place is garbage and they put hair in my food so disgusting I’m so upset. I will make a report with the health department about this. Why is there hair in my food. The store manger will not give me a full refund of 30. I am livid
