The only reason this place is running smoothly is because of Rodrigo. He has great customer service. I had an issue with their 3rd party delivery service ( DoorDash) he was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. I’ll continue to order from my local neighborhood.

This place is garbage and they put hair in my food so disgusting I’m so upset. I will make a report with the health department about this. Why is there hair in my food. The store manger will not give me a full refund of 30. I am livid

This is unacceptable as a business and it needs to be addressed. I ordered the attached order and this was what I received once I got home. - requested bacon/chicken (NO BACON)- same pizza and no actual sauce on pizza- hard breadsticks - neither pizza was well done per request- wings very cold still in middleWhat kind of crap is this when you pay now $37 for a dinner box that is 20% what you requested? Very inexcusable and unacceptable and this store should be ashamed of such poor quality and efficiency. I deserve to have multiple free orders from this at the least and this doesn't even excuse the massive inconvenience for those whom the food was for. Please address this and email me back FINALLY as I've not received any type of communication from Pizza Hut. Even verbally the store manager said I'd be contacted yet that's false pretense and horrible customer service shaking me away like that. Please respond, thank you

I ordered online single pizza with pickup after two hours ...paid over $26.00. When I open box in the car my order was cold. Quality is good but food was made long time before I pickup and loose temperature. I didn't complain and simply drive home.

I am very unhappy with Pizza Huts policies! They charge a service fee even for pick up! They will not give any condiments! That's why Blaze has a line every time I go and the workers at Pizza Hut just sitting around chatting with no customers! I will be going to Blaze from now on! My Pizza Hut days are over!

This is the worst Pizza Hut. NO SAUCE on pizza, crust undercooked. I ordered for pick up and I he I arrived there was only one employee working the cashier and making the orders. She clearly was overwhelmed. Poor customer service. I called the store to ask for a redo because pizza had no sauce and crust undercooked. She was very reluctant and rude. She said I should've ordered for extra sauce . I told her I didn't want extra, I wanted sauce on myPizza. She then said you need to come back to the store and wait for 30 minutes to make you another order.
