I submitted an order for half super supreme and half not. The receipt clearly indicates what I ordered, which the person checked off, and the pizza was completely wrong. Awful

I was impressed with this pizza, which is not too common these days. I was surprised, because after all, this is Pizza Hut. It was a pan crust, white sauce, mushroom, sausage and onion pizza. This pizza was certainly different from the previous pizza experiences I've had at Pizza Hut. The white sauce and the crust seem to be what made it so good. It was nice to be able to get it so late when everyone else was closed. The fees for delivery make a transaction like this ridiculously overpriced, so I probably won't be doing this again. Still, it was quite good. Leftovers were good too.

I waited for almost two hours for my order just for them to tell me , that it was cancelled. Due to their delivery guy didn’t want to take my food. How unprofessional these people are.. it’s unbelievable. The lady on the phone hang up on on me and then tell me, that I not patience enough and hangs up. This happened about 5:15 pm on 02/11/24. I’ve been a customer there for over 20 years so this is not them.. I’m so disappointed .

The food is delicious and the customer service is friendly. The employee Magdely remembers me every time I visit. As soon as I walk in, she notices me and hands me my food right away. I love that. It's convenient and amazing. I will continue to visit my Pizza Hut location because of her.

Called after waiting for my order 1 hr and a half and the employee said there is no G M on duty and that he can’t do anything about it my gf went in to pick up the order and was charged again I called and he said there is no corporate number and no number he can give me to file a complaint he said he couldn’t do anything about it kept hanging up I run a Multi million dollar restaurant and if any of my team spoke like that I would have a problem businesses need to learn what customer service this is unacceptable I understand all drivers were fired because the pay increase is coming up and as a company you can’t afford it but why treat the loyal customers you have for now like that. Been a loyal customer since I was a kid.

Pizza Hut advertised that they have 17 items at $7 a piece when you buy more than one you have to buy two or more so we bought two items and one of the items mentioned in their advertisement is a medium one-topping pizza but they charged me $9 for the pizza they also have cheese sticks on the ad for $7 they charge a little over7.36 and then charged $8 for chicken alfredo pasta which is also listed as one of the seven dollar items I called twice and all I get told is oh the pizza is not on the $7 menu neither is the pasta or the cheese sticks and that's crazy you can see right on the ad that they are listed as $7 they are con artists trying to get away with overcharging for stuff that is clearly on Pizza Hut s 17 for 7.00menu
