I ordered chicken tenders. They were dry & tasted old. The employee referred to me as Huera when she was talking with the other employee. I almost asked her why she referred to me as a white person instead of just referring to me as that woman. I've never had chicken strips this dry or old tasting at Popeyes.
After I ordered a chicken sandwich, I took it out of the bag and found what looked like a booger on the top bun. I went back to the counter and told the cashier about it and he said "Nah" as if I was lying. The manager then came to the counter and she said "it's fine, it's just part of the bun" I've been to popeyes many times and never have I once had something on top of a chicken sandwich bun let alone something that looked like a booger. The manager then took that sandwich back and gave me a new one.

I rather drive 5 miles extra just to get descent treatment- I went in there and had a bad experience with a staff member named Evelyn-There is nothing worse than to get treated bad and then have to hear how they justify it.I don’t understand her bad attitude ??♂️ Stay home if that is how you are going to treat people-

This Popeyes just get worse every time never have any honey any dressing so anointing and the cashiers are rude especially today shift at night lady can't even hand me my drink she puts it right infrint if her stomache why do I have to reach over for my drink makes no sense never coming here worse over paid for food I've eaten !

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars because they always that bad. If there was another option for chicken this place would be out of business. It took over 40 minutes to get a 10 piece and 2 large side and to no surprise they got it wrong. There was something wrong with everyone's order tonight and the excuses the cook in bad made was "he man we are busy". They had no problem making two employees who were getting off food ahead of everyone who had already ordered. When they finally got my order correct, I asked for some BBQ sauce and was told "I gave you extra fries". I had my $1 in my hand ready to pay for 4 sauces (yes they charge) and was still met with such hostility. There are a few Popeyes 5 plus miles away and if you can afford to take that trip then I would because this one will get it wrong guaranteed. Sorry Popeyes, you have to do better
