I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. This morning, my son and I visited the store, and our encounter was nothing short of frustrating. After placing our order, we were neither given a receipt nor asked for a name to associate with our order. We waited patiently for half an hour before inquiring about our order and receipt. The staff's response was indifferent and dismissive; they didn't seem to care at all.
Their lack of apology and rude behavior was astonishing. Ultimately, I had to cancel our order, which left my son in tears and caused him to be late for school. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I expect better from a brand like Starbucks.
I dislike when I am told that I ordered incorrectly when I know what I ordered. Nonetheless, they usually give you the incorrect drink for free but then the original isn't tasty because it was made rushed and angrily lol. Yikes! Id understand if I was a horrible or rude customer /: but oh well. Previous baristas have made this place lovely.
