The server is really having a bad attitudes to the customers, seems like she's young girl and very high temperament while customers is really nicely asking for question, normally Starbucks stuff employees in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills are very kind, very friendly to all customers, but in here this Asian woman server needs to take carefully handling customers.

I don't usually go to this particular Starbucks but I had a meeting with someone. It was pretty dirty, and the baristas weren't nearly as hospitable or friendly as the one I go to. They weren't that busy so....

I come here multiple times a week sometimes 2 times a day today oh wow was a different experience, I went to order my usual my coffee with milk but the milk was chunky and bitter whatever the reason was it was spoiled. I called the girl who answered the phone was nice polite and offered me a refund or remake, I said ok to the remake even asked if I could pick it up at the window. When I got there there was another girl working the drive thru which is one of those people that take their minimum paying jobs way too seriously and she told me No you have to let us know before you come to the window, yaddie yaddie ya, blah blah blah, if the girl working the drive thru used her noggin just a little bit, then what was the point of me calling and asking and getting the ok of me going to the window. Save time and money go one more block down to Victory

I always come to this Starbucks since I live 5 mins away, so today I decided to grab a coffee and when I tasted the coffee it was bitter, why? Because they used milk that was steamed wrong or milk that was sitting outside too long, whatever the reason the milk was chunky and bitter. I called in and let them know the nice girl over the phone was nice and polite and offer me a replacement drink, since I was late already I told her if it was OK to pick up the drink in the drive thru she gave me an a ok. When I got to the window there was this other girl working the drive thru which lemme tell you she takes her job way too seriously. She was no you have to let us know in the speaker blah blah blah. I didn't ask for a refund I didn't ask for an upgrade drink I just ask for the same drink done right. Save yourself time and money and drive one more block to victory

If you're having a bad morning, COME HERE! The staff is amazing and always brighten up the cloudiest days :) Ari you're amazing (everyone else too!) everyone here needs a raise. This should be the example store that every starbucks should take notes from.
