I have been their customer since their old location on Reseda Blvd., and now they have moved to the Northridge area. The new location is a bit off the main busy street, and the plaza overall might not look very impressive, but this restaurant still stands out for its food.
I ordered shrimp, chicken, and seafood fried rice, wonton soup, gyoza, and pad kra pao. So far, everything is just as good as I remember. The place might be smaller than it used to be, but regardless, it's the food that matters to me. I'm also satisfied with the service I received. Tom has always been nice since way back, glad that he’s still around!
Oh, one thing I have to remind you. It can get loud when the cook is cooking because the kitchen itself is not completely closed. You will see banging like there’s a war in the kitchen 😂 but believe me, it’s the magic technique to make the food blend perfectly with its ingredients to create that yummy, authentic street-hawker–style taste. Y’all Asians know what I’m talking about. Hahah…
This is absolutely a hole-in-the-wall place, but it’s definitely worth trying. Takeout is also a great option if you don’t feel like hearing noise or if you are picky about the restaurant’s look/ambience. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Top Thai Cuisine is a great spot for authentic Thai food in the Valley. The flavors are rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The Pad Thai and curries were especially delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe is warm and welcoming.
The only small downside is that the kitchen can be quite loud at times, which makes the dining area a bit noisy, especially during busy hours. It doesn’t take away from the amazing food, but improving the noise level would make the experience even better.
Overall, this is a fantastic Thai restaurant that I’ll definitely return to and recommend to others.

I came here to try their food and to leave a review. Unfortunately they're not updated with google because according to google, they open at 11:00 a.m. so I came and the store was open but nobody was there. So I went out to wait. Then a guy who said was the owner came and told me that they open at 12:00 p.m. and blaming me for not reading the sign that says they open at 12:00 p.m. like it's my problem.
I only go by what google is telling me so I'm not sure why the owner was blaming me when it was him and his team'a fault why the store was left open to begin with. I went somewhere else instead.
I gave then poor rating base on being irresponsoble and blame shifting.

The best deal for Thai food in town. Lunch special for $14.99 and get the meal with salad, spring roll and Thai ice tea really made my day. The portion is generous and they also taste good. The restaurant seems to be newly renovated, clean and well maintained; added the nice atmosphere. All added up with great service as everyone were friendly

This spot has been on my radar for a while, and it did not disappoint! We ordered papaya salad, pineapple fried rice, panang curry... they're all tasty and well presented, but the stand out has to be sticky rice with mango; perhaps the best I've had from a Thai place in LA. Place is on the cozy side but spacious enough with clean restrooms. Service is friendly and attentive.

This place deserves my 5 stars! Tom, the owner, served us with grace and generosity- gave some suggestions - and everything was exquisite. Some very fine and sometimes delicate flavours, truly fresh ingredients, tasty! Plus the presentation was worthy of a high end restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the non descript exterior to the building- and the location near the train tracks. The interior and the food will transport you to Thailand. Thank you , Tom, for a truly memorable meal.
