Worse customer service?They say they close at 1am but once I walked in there at 11 they rejected me.I asked for their manager they did not get him I was sick and just wanted something warm to eat and i'm paying for it i hope they have cameras nov 23 2024 time 12:25 inside because I know what time I walked in with a black jacket , black sweat pants , black shoes this is not a place you want to eat if they're willing to tell the truth that you pull up the time on the camera , the employees made fun of me. I told them they had to honor it.Everyone laughed at me. I will be trying to call the manager.Unfortunately I cannot update you if i'm lying , they have cameras to prove it , please don't go here

We have been going to this place for years and the food has always been good, we especially love the salad but the service is spotty. Sometimes they are very attentive but others its so bad that you have to flag them down just to order food to begin with

No stars because we were turned away at the door. They state online and at their door that they close at 1am but when we arrived at midnight they turned us away without explanation. Thankfully a finished customer explained that they stop cutting meat at midnight. Considering that their closing is an hour before they list it on google, they should adjust their online time.

I went 2 days ago, for one the servers don’t check on you unless you flag them down. When we got there we waited a solid 30min after sitting down before the server passed by. Then, when we got home I reviewed the check and they charged us an 18% service fee bc they marked us as a 6 person table.mmMaking the fee MANDATORY.
& The cherry on top was that both my husband and I got sick from the food. Never coming back here again!

Amazing place, this is my 2nd time here and I love this place. The food is amazing, I went to celebrate my son's graduation here they took care of every one in our party( 11 in total) is very different from other Korean BBQ Restaurants I've visit, I feel I enjoyed the food more, is a very small place but the experience make it worth the lack of ambiance. I will definitely will be coming back. I don't know how much is for each individual plate because I had 11 people in my party and we just ordered until everyone was satisfied but it was worth every penny. The serves make sure you get everything you need, I ordered the marinated beef it was very juice, they lack on variety of choices but it still gives you the whole Korean bbq feel, they provide you with onions, jalapenos and garlic per request, also their salad is AMAZING. It is it not luxurious as other BBQ places. I still find the meat on this places a much better quality than other Korean BBQ places., I will definitely be coming back.
So the food is top notch but service is dookie. It's a small place, I don't mind the broken English but if I have to keep hollering at employees to attend me, that's no bueno. Restaurant is hot af inside, for the $35/person premium option, you only get 1 more meat to grill, and it's literally their best option, which is great. I just wish the employees would use something called common sense, like if the grill's smoking and needs to be switched out, don't ask me if I want it switched or wait for me to request it, just replace it when you see it needs to be replaced. For parties requesting more onions, jalapenos and kimchi, bring more than 1 at a time. Also, leave water at the table if you're not going to be checking in frequently.
All they need to do is add 2 or 3 more meat options and have a more attentive staff and this place would be without flaw.

Food is was mid, they kept pushing the nasty brisket on us after we said we didn’t want it. Chased us down after THEY didn’t put 2 sprites on the tab. After we tipped 50… ridiculous
