I had a super bad experience. I came at 11:00 because Google stated that they close at 12. I was very happy to eat. When I got to the restaurant it was close the sign said they close at 11pm please fix this information it would not only help me but help my community.

Always delicious and crew top notch 👌 I have the App and order in advance it's so easy and you get rewards to use after a fee purchases. Parking is an issue since I come during lunch, but that's life. The food is consistent and make sure you check your orders before leaving.
Parking: Lots of construction crews park there since there are other businesses in the same lot, including a 7 Eleven.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking, but it's almost always taken.

Asking for steamed gyozas but instead these employees (JESSICA AND TATIANA) decide my preference doesn’t matter even if I'm paying for this damn food instead I receive fried gyozas cause these goofy employees don’t like doing anything too hard.

At 9:27p.m.2/26/2024 I called to order and to let Yoshinora store located at Reseda and Vanowen know to make sure that my food is prepared properly, like I always do. A non professional male manager answer the phone and was very rude and hung up the phone, I tried calling back many times and he kept hanging up the phone with a very childish behavior. I will report Yoshinora management to the Better Business Bureau for bad behavior with customers in the neighborhood and public.

I don't think I've ever left a 1 star review before and I feel bad doing it but I don't want anyone to experience what we just did. We each got a rib eye (up charge) bowl. I had udon noodles and he had rice. That was the most disgusting thing we have ever attempted to eat. I am not being dramatic nor am I exaggerating. I really wish I was. I cannot attest to the chicken or regular beef. I know that what was given was not ribeye. I'm not even sure it was actual beef. Maybe a byproduct of the butchering process? I've got no clue as to what it is, I just know what it wasn't. Unfortunately, the "beef" was covered in a faux teriyaki sauce as well. This of course contaminated the rice and the noodles. Please do yourself a favor and skip the food but do pop in and say hi, the cashier was super nice and friendly.If I could have given zero stars I would but that wouldn't be fair to the staff.
