Second and last time going to the new location. Both times service was extremely slow. Last night I waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. The Door Dash guy was apololeptic waiting half hour to get his order. The people behind me were really mad. When I came home and opened two French dip sandwiches, the meat was dried out and overcooked. Got one cup of dip sauce that was 1/8" deep, barely enough to dip a half sandwich. The place was not busy. Only the three customers inside. Better get a handle on the employees hanging around doing nothing and get a manager that can handle them.

The employees are garbage takes them 30 minutes to make anybody their meal literally have employees sitting around doing nothing while people wait for their meals would not recommend this place

Their new location, a few blocks south of the now closed location, was wonderful. We don't have an Arby's where we live. So when we make the 2-hour trip to Ridgecrest for shopping, we also enjoy eating at places we don't have at home. We had to go to Arby's just based on the "Big Voice - We Got The Meats" guy on the TV commercial, showing the French Dip. Very impressed, large size meant and bun, very tasty, good portion of fries . . . really looks like it does on TV. Even the dipping sauce was thick as it shows on TV.

It’s okay. A lot of sandwiches are not available. Out of inventory for some reason. Guys still working on the building while people are eating. One guy at the counter. He’s trying but they seriously need help.

One of the more peaceful restaurants in town if you get time drop in and try the fish sandwich it's phenomenal great place to go on the fly and if you love a variety of different things to eat this is the quick and delicious way to go.

I love this place! Will continue to go here indefinitely. But tonight I Ordered honey wings deal with crinkle fries along with my other food. The wings were the size of dove eggs! I’m guessing these wings came from young chicks, not mature chickens? And I specifically ordered the honey wings, but got very spicy buffalo wings instead-I can’t even eat them. And the crinkle fries I love? They never showed! Got home and got very disappointed! Better luck next time…

Food was good especially the mini chocolate shake.Only negative was how noisy it was. There were very few customers, but the employees were shouting at each other. You could not have a personal conversation at your table.
Food is usually good and orders are accurate but 40 mins in the drive-thru for 6 cars is to long for a lunch break.

Had to take out as the place stank of stale burnt oil, the air was blue with smoke. Staff did apologise. Food was not tasty, I will never eat at Arby's again!
