I usually never have any problems at this place. Employees are usually nice and the food is usually legit. But today I had the worst service ever. Needless to say the lady did not get a tip for me because not only did she half ass my order but her attitude as well was rude and impatient and she talked to me like I was stupid. And I definitely did not get what you would think $20 would get you and establishment like this. She basically threw together our order because she saw other people coming in. And she was not busy at all we were the only customers up until that point. Disappointed genuinely, I will usually never go back to a place after an experience like this. Good thing that they make Baskin-Robbins in sell it at Walmart

This establishment in particular certainly loves to break hearts.... They haven't stocked strawberry cheesecake in weeks!!! ???? Haha! All jokes aside (kind of ????) this place is great especially on a hot day or just after a long day! Great staff, very friendly and fun and never fails to put a smile on the customers face. Definitely have you grab a scoop any time I'm in town

The most RUDE employee’s I’ve ever encountered. Slamming things around giving an attitude because me and my family ordered more then 2 things. I’ll never come back here again spent over $30 for a horrible experience and your AC doesn’t work.. it’s HOT inside.. definitely need a health inspection.

I ordered 2 two scoop sundaes through door dash; the size of the scoops were so small. Smaller than kid cone size.
My Mangonada was just not doing it today it was very sloppy too much Chamoy not enough mango, I feel violated today and not blended and my cup was not filled up like normally…skimp status… called to give chance to fix twice no answer
We love our local Baskin Robbins! It is our go-to for yummy treats in the evening. My kids know the building well, and we have many fond memories there. ♥️
