Bobby Salazar’s is a great little local spot in Ridgecrest. It has that welcoming, small business feel where the staff treats you like a regular—even if it’s your first time. The food is solid all around. Nothing over-complicated, just well-made, flavorful Mexican dishes that hit the spot.

I’ve tried the tacos and burritos, and both were tasty with good portions. The chips and salsa are fresh, and the menu has a nice variety without feeling overwhelming....
