I came to the drive thru with my kids using a buy 1 get 1 for 1 dollar coupon. It said for a big Carl or spicy chicken. Veronica the manager was so rude and hostile. Saying I couldn’t order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. She said that I couldn’t have 2 burgers or a burger and spicy chicken but not 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. And I said to her ma’am listen to how that even sounds. I informed her I was a Carl’s Jr employee at one point and she didn’t have to talk to me in the manner she was and on top of that in front of my kids. I went home… tried to call corporate but couldn’t get through so I called 2 other Carl’s Jr restaurants and asked about the coupon without telling them the the full story. And they both agreed that i could get 2 spicy chickens. So I go back to the store and she’s rolling her eyes and saying how she will just give it to me… and I said you are really doing too much, and completely embarrassed me in front of my hungry kids. When I get home… these sandwiches are cold and hard… obviously the ones I ordered before being sent home!

I had a hard time finding the actual meat in the burger over thenbun that had a much larger diameter the anything else. With way to much sauce.

When did it become a common to worry about the people in the Drive-Thru before the people that get out of their car and come into your building and try to get service 10 minute wait while cars go through the drive-through is ridiculous I don't think I'll be stopping at Carl's Jr anytime soon
