We gave it a second try but honestly the food is not good. First time I had the fish and chips, ok it was from frozen and breaded but maybe it's a fluke. Came back with my husband and got the potstickers, they could have been good but they were hard and the sauce was too sweet. Then I got the brisket sandwich and it was SO dry, and I doubt it was even brisket it was just shaved beef like the chessesteak except there was no cheese or sauce. My husband got the chicken moterey which he said was fine but he could tell it was frozen. To top it off its not exactly your cheapest option. At the end of the day this is a small town and there are other places to eat that are more worth your money, which is too bad bc the atmosphere was actually pretty nice they could have a great spot if they tried.

I love coming for drinks and apps. Gerardo is the best bartender around, the main reason I go. The dinners are good. If only the fixed the ac, this place would be 100%

I’ve been here twice recently. The service has been outstanding both times. The drinks here are also very good, especially the lemon drop martini. The food leaves a lot to be desired though.They should be absolutely embarrassed to serve French Onion Soup with an unmelted slice of cheese on top like this. ?They slathered my broccoli in a melted velveeta cheese which I didn’t ask for, but it turned out to be ok. On my second visit I had a burger that was just ok. But the drinks were once again very well-made. The decor is unique, but the lack of music makes for a strangely eerie ambience. The only music is coming from the cooks in the kitchen. They should have music or tv with sports on to add to the atmosphere.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Charlies was moderately busy, and after waiting about 20 minutes of being ignored we decided to leave. When the waitresses go to every table around us, but won't acknowledge ours past a menu drop off, its time to move on. My money is better spent elsewhere. I haven't been to Charlies in a very long time, and won't be going back.
For what its worth we went to another local restaurant, (who was at least as busy) sat down and had our drink order taken in less than 2 minutes.
0 out of 10 would not recommend.

We chose tacos and Ceasar salad. The salad was tasty, but actually too much dressing. As a result, you don't taste anything other than the dressing. The taco was filled with coarsely chopped meat. Nicely seasoned. However, there was something very hard in it (you could tap it on your plate. Stone? Bone? You break your molars on it!) Service did nothing about our complaint. Also had to wait at least 15 minutes for desert.
The music can be chosen by customers on a digital jukebox. Not all music is suitable while eating ??

Maybe because the music was very loud, but they forgot to deliver one dish, in addition, in the asafa of the taco dish, there turned out to be a piece of bone. Fortunately, the dessert, blueberry cheesecake, was delicious.

They were suppose to close at 10pm, we arrived at 8pm and they didn’t want to serve us food cause they wanted to close that day even though they were people still ordering…. Bad service and waitress irrsespectful for rejecting customers

Worst service ever. Plus’s there was mayonnaise on my burger but it didn’t say mayonnaise on the menu. I hate mayonnaise so I hate this place. Never going back.
