Worst chipotle location I have been to. Ordered my family food about 30 minutes ago on 11/2/25 at around 6:30pm. Quesadilla was skimpy and sooo burnt, no cheese in my burrito i got, taco was stale and hard.

The manager was rude and unprofessional. I ordered my food and asked her for a side of hot salsa, which I do regularly at multiple locations and have never had an issue. But the manager took issue with it and said you need to be charged for a side of hot salsa. I then asked her why since I normally get one and she began raising her voice and said “fine SIR I’ll give you only one side salsa, what do you want”, then afterwards her and the cashier proceeded to look me up and down and then laughed at me and said “you have issues”.

Giving a one star for customer service. Placed my order for pickup drive thru as I am currently sick and could not go inside. I opened my bag to make sure everything was in there, I asked for all toppings to be put on the side and they were not. I told the worker at the window I was missing said items and she said it was in the bowl.. I told her it’s fine because I didnt want to go through the hassle of having her remake the order. I told her I was missing my tortillas as well and very rudely told me to go inside if I want the tortillas. Ended up just driving away. Company should reevaluate who they hire, problems with the food is one thing (that can be fixed!) rude workers makes us want to never return.

Literally every Chipotle I've been to that isn't in a big city is out of everything and this one wasn't any different. Out of beans, rice wasn't fresh..... at least the music was good.

I got a steak bowl and 4 bite size portions were nothing but fat. Not worth the $ 14.00 I spent. Service was good.
I went back around the 1st of May. Looked at my order realizing there was hardly any food in my bowl that I ordered. Got home and I didn't have 2 full cups of food. Paid over $20.00. That won't happen again.

First time trying Chipotle. I used the Chipotlane and drive through was clean. Lady that I spoke to wasn’t very friendly but the food was excellent. They packed my burrito so GAH DAMN FAT.

Chipotle in Ridgecrest offers decent food, but it doesn’t always live up to the hype. The burritos and bowls are filling, and the flavors are solid, but they’ve really priced themselves out for what you get. I’ve found that it’s tough to justify spending that much when you can get similar (and maybe even better) Mexican food for a lower price elsewhere.

A big downside for me was that they were out of guacamole the last time I went, which is kind of a letdown when that’s one of the signature items they’re known for. It’s frustrating to pay extra for something you can’t even get.

Overall, the food is good but not great, and the price point makes it feel like you’re paying more for convenience than for quality. It’s fine if you’re craving Chipotle specifically, but it’s not my go-to spot for Mexican food.

I've eaten here 4 times total every time I eat here I get sick, at first I thought it was maybe what I ordered, so I ordered different things and all 4 times I get the same result.
