My boss bought some food from here for lunch, and it smelled good, and she let me try some which tasted great!
But then I went in after work to order some myself...
It was bland, the chicken over cooked and the chow mein was so soggy the noodles looked 3 sizes too big.
None the less I won't ask for a refund, but my guess is whatever I was given was old and simply kept hot (which is what probably overcooked it all)
