Very very slow service in the drive thru. It took 23 minutes after placing my order. Was told to pull forward as the corn in the chicken bowls had to be Microwaved and some how that took another 14 minutes after pulling forward past the window.

The chicken was incredibly salty even when I took the skin off the meat was still incredibly salty. When I called I was told that the original recipe chicken was always very salty and I could get the extra crispy which was slightly less salty. After researching this issue, it appears that the saltiness is caused by improper prep of the chicken. Possibly better training would help.
