It’s quicker to order in store then using mobile pick up, you get stuck waiting way too long when using mobile order all while people who are walking in and ordering at the kiosk are getting their food before you, the food is good though!

Very friendly and helpful staff. When we were going to order the costlier meal deal, we were informed that we can substitute 2 chicken pieces of the Tuesday special for the pieces we want at a nominal additional cost and it would still be less than the meal deal we planned on getting.

Fast and efficient. Best KFC location I’ve visited. We had a large tour group come in and the staff quickly and efficiently moved our group through. Lobby was clean. Service was friendly.
