This place sucks the manager from last night horrible customer service i was waiting for 10min for my food at the drive thru he was one of the worst managers i have ever experience at McDonald’s! They just hire anyone at this point this place needs to hire people who speaks proper English

This McDonald’s has THE WORST customer service. Today, I went to call to check if the caramel frappes were available, when they picked up, they immediately hung up so I called again and when they picked up the phone again, I asked if they had the frappes available, only to be hung up on again. I called like, 4 more times only to be hung up on every time. So I went to the store, and had to wait over TWENTY MINUTES INSIDE because NO ONE was up front because they needed a manager to help a customer before us, but I’m pretty sure that doesn’t mean they can just completely avoid eye contact with us when there was a line starting to build up. When someone finally stepped out front, not to help us but to put a mobile order on the cart, I caught them and asked if they had the frappes to be met with a no. Waste of my morning and my time. Other times that I come here, it’s a long wait for a little order and usually met with rude workers.

Ordered McCrispy Spicy Deluxe and received a McChicken with two slices of pickle on it, nothing else. I paid for the deluxe so I could eat some vegetables without going and spending that money on groceries that would very well have given me what I was looking for. Do better please.

Y'all workers are bad stop hiring bad workers please for the love of God. I asked for a meal and I didn't get my large fry that I did pay for, I also wanted bacon and extra pickles on my burger with an extra patty but yknow since your workers are like goldfish they didn't put stuff that I did pay for on that. Y'all always got issues.

Okay, so I have a love/hate relationship with this location. I used to come here for a good, quick bite to eat.. That came to an end when I interviewed for them. During the interview process, they held it in a secluded room next to the left side entrance. I watched a girl previous to me who was dressed quite casual point at me and I'd gather bad mouth me..to the interviewer. Now, I'm over qualified.. I've worked for Pink's Hotdogs under Camarillo's mall, The Hollywood Roosevelt under 25°, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. After that I began boycotting them. I'll never order from this location again.

Parking: Parking lot and drive thru lanes are oddly arranged and limited but there's parking adjacent to the McDonald's in the back for larger vehicles
