What a find! In a repurposed fast food venue it is a fantastic quick service Mexican restaurant with a small dine in space. . I had a chicken chimichanga. It was cooked perfectly with flaky crust and well seasoned chicken served with freshly made guacamole and sour cream. My wife had the chicken quesadillas. Fajita chicken with cheese, peppers and onions. My daughter had the combination fajita dinner and loved it. I sampled the red and green peppers and they were very good. Service was quick and friendly. Refilled drinks quickly. Restroom clean. A perfect small Mexican restaurant that i highly recommend.

Hole in the wall for sure, but it is as good as all the reviews say. Really excellent. I kept it simple, ordered 2 carne asada tacos plus 2 quesabirria tacos. Both were amazing. Simple, straightforward, but exactly what I hoped they'd be. Customer service was spot on as well, I dropped a lime at one point and before I could even pick it up there was another one on my table from the server. If you're passing through Ridgecrest or in town for work on the naval base, highly recommend.

Food was great, made as you order hot and delicious The server was very friendly, the place is casual and good for lunch and dinner. I had the Tinga burrito and it was great, savory and with a good kick from the chipotle sauce.

Love the food! Try the bacon wrapped jalapeños. Don't forget yo drown everything in their green sauce.Always met quickly with a smile. Kind and helpful staff.Music is too loud, and the tables aren't stable. We ended up eating outside because of it and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

We stopped here after dark on a chilly night. We were served homemade chips and chunky homemade salsa. ??. The food was very good. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and I could tell right away that this was homemade sauce and homemade tortillas! Very good and served up piping hot! Our young waitress was handling everything on her own tonight and did it very well. The only reason I gave them the 4 stars instead of 5 was I was really cold the whole time! It would have been fabulous if I could have walked in out of that chilly night and been toasty warm with a cold beer. This restaurant isn’t much to look at, but the food is authentic and excellent!

Family owned and run Mexican restaurant which serves tasty food and fast service a few miles from the highway. Good stop from LA to Mammoth and vice versa.

When we drove up we thought the restaurant was closed, it sure looked that way with the drab exterior. We sat inside and the waitress brought us some fresh chips and salsa which we devoured. I ordered the California burrito with tofu meat and it was very good and flavorful. The hottest salsa had the perfect heat level and flavor.

I hate being the one to leave a bad review amongst a lot of good reviews but my first experience at Oasis was just not pleasant. I was working in Ridgecrest on Friday and found Oasis on Yelp when I was looking for some lunch, everything looked good so I dropped in. The waitress was very attentive but she was the only one working front of house and it was pretty busy in there so she was running around a lot, good on her for keeping up with everything solo. Now onto the food which was a big letdown. The salsa was lackluster. It was very tomato forward and not a lot of other flavor, I added some salt and it helped. The chips were alright but didn't taste super fresh. I had the 2 enchiladas plate and it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. The enchiladas were very lightly sauced and then I think grilled? It ended up drying up all the sauce making for a very dry bite and not much cheese in the enchiladas either. They added a little sour cream on top and then dropped about 2 huge handfuls of lettuce on top for some reason. I had to scrape all the lettuce off to even get to the extremely dry enchiladas. Rice and beans were alright, well cooked, needed a dash of salt. Overall it just wasn't a good experience, didn't enjoy the food. There are other options in Ridgecrest, I'll explore those next time I'm in town.
