Did the buffet. Nice options at the salad bar. Pizza was fresh.

Really needs to stop the sewer smell in the restaurant. Everybody in town hates to go there now. Pizza is excellent. Smell is horrible. I would suggest going somewhere else until the problems are fixed.

I ordered pick up.
The person at the register definitely gave me the vibe that she was not happy she was there.
I was told it would be about 10 more min.
And around that time the guy in the back came out with my pizza. He was upbeat and apologetic for the wait.
The pizza was solid. NO skimping on toppings. And I was happy to get a pipping hot pizza (not always the case with take out)
As for price … it is a little on the high end. I always am shocked these days. Not crazy more than what you would pay at a pizza place of the same caliber (better than Pizza Hut, not as good as Mozza).
I do not live in the area so this is not a place I would regularly go to. But I would stop here for pizza if I find myself in the area again.

I just ordered from them. I simply said a vegetarian pizza and a spaghetti. I get a calzone with raw vegetables. They’re not fully cooked completely different. What I ordered on the phone so when I call back to explain the situation they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. This is what happens when you hire a bunch of young kids that show no dedication to the job because it’s not their business. They’re just waiting for their paychecks they don’t give Two cents about the customers order or their money as long as they’re there to get their paycheck at the end of the week.

Great pizza joint! Our group came in after hiking Mt. Langley, and we had a great experience. We got excellent service, and were given some extra breadsticks and wings.

Awesome food. Would be 4 or 5 star if not for the crazy prices and long wait times for pizza. The bread sticks with honey butter are to DIE for.
The pizza’s were fine but very overpriced, $80 for two medium pizza’s and a drink is insane

Great pizza, great employees, and a great place to grab lunch with their lunch buffet and $1.50 slices.

The pizza was really good but the prices are high. Especially for a ridgecrest place. Had a small pizza and salad...over $30
I returned to Pizza factory to give them another chance because the last review I gave them wasn’t good. It does seem like they made some improvements since I last went there but it still wasn’t what it used to be.
This time when I ordered the pizza the wait was still a descent amount of time but only about 20 half of what I waited for last time. The pizza was better than last time being warmer than last time although still not what I would expect. Also the crust on this pizza was much better and tasted like crust not cardboard.
I gave the salad bar another chance and it didn’t improve much at all. The items were slightly more fresh but some still seemed like they have been out for too long.
The main issue I had with Pizza Factory this time was the atmosphere. Don’t get me wrong the atmosphere is usually pretty cool with the arcade and everything but the second I walked in I regretted my decision to eat there. The WHOLE place smelled like sewage water. I wonder if the food would have been better if I hadn’t lost my appetite instantly. Also the arcade which used to be a highlight for me when I was a kid was terrible. Half of the machines were broken and the ones that did work were sticky and disgusting. I don’t know if they had a sewage or plumbing issue but if they did just close the restaurant until you get it fixed.
I really wish that I could enjoy it as much as I used to but I don’t know if the quality will ever be able to be the same. And the last issue I had with it was that when I left the restaurant my shoes were sticky. I hope they can start too use all the feedback from low reviews to improve their restaurant. Even though I say I won’t I likely will return to try it again and I hope by that time they have things figured out.
Pizzas are good. I’m happy with the food I ordered. A very American pizza place. It’s a good option as a lunch or dinner break for our road trip to the Death Valley 🏜️:)
Only problem was the arcade games
The staff is nice and food is pretty decent but you'll never know unless you're nose deaf and you can get over the small issue of the fact that the entire place smells like the inside of a septic tank.
