Great salad bar, local Indian Wells Valley brewed beer, and a coffee shop attached to the main restaurant, and right at the central intersection entering town, across from the Naval Base. Has pictures reflecting local history. This should be a first stop if you're visiting, and second stop would be Maturango Museum (ask at the museum what there is to explore in the area).

Just recently moved to Ridgecrest and decided to take my kids here.. My husband and I loved how easy it was to get through the buffet line and the all you can eat time! The only downside is that it was VERY hard to find a table that didn't have drinks, food and trash all over it.

I love this place such a great family vibe. I love the fact that if you take pictures of your meal they will donate a meal to someone in need. They are always busy if not in store with orders so pro tip call before you arrive to get your order in for dine-in.

The lunch buffet and salad bar are great! They do an awesome job putting out fresh hot pizza and breadsticks during the buffet. Plenty of variety of pizzas and many toppings for your salad. I love that they participate in fundraising for alot of causes and you just have to mention the fundraiser with your purchase.

Would rate a 5 star but the prices of the pizza is kind of ridiculous they want like $40 for a large pizza they do have some good specialty pizza but it's a little over

I came to Ridgecrest and stayed for a week on business at China Lake. In that whole week I stayed, I have to say that the Pizza Factory was the most memorable meal. My boss had asked me if I've ever had peanut butter pizza and what do I think about trying it if she brings it to work. I responded with "What?! peanut butter pizza??!? I've never heard of such a thing, but I'm down to try it!". I tried to wrap my head around the concept and wondered if it was going to be good or not? Well, she brought both the Peanut butter pizza and the Cold pickle & pastrami pizza to our meeting at work. The peanut butter pizza blew my mind, because it's actually good! It works! Who would ever think that peanut butter pepperoni pizza would work.... But it does. I told friends and family back home about it and they couldn't believe it. So, on my last day in Ridgecrest, I had to stop by and pick up an Extra Large Peanut Butter pizza to take home with me. I was fortunate enough to meet Jeff at the counter and his customer service was top notch. Even the experience of picking up this pizza as my last meal in Ridgecrest was an experience in itself because Jeff is such a kind, welcoming, and caring person. You can get that in just a few minutes of being with him. Thank You to Jeff, I will definitely recommend the pizza factory as a must-try to my coworkers and friends coming to Ridgecrest. Too bad it's so far from where I live... But I will be back!

Decent salad bar but overpriced at $11.99 for how small it is. Fettuccine Alfredo was strangely watery but kid approved. Cheese ravioli was good and came with an abundance, which made it a good value. Hot, bone-in wings were pretty good but would be better served with some celery or carrot sticks. The establishment is large and has an arcade near the restrooms. Decor is like a hotel lobby more so than a pizza factory. Service was friendly and accommodating. You order and pay at the counter, then sit where you choose, and they bring you your food. Self-serve fountain drinks are nice. My kids were laughing at me getting seconds of macaroni salad but I swear it was bomb haha. P.S. they really do toss the pizzas- you can see them doing this as this part of the kitchen is open. Cool.

Meh. Not bad. Not good either. The novelty pizzas at the buffet are fun though. Watched star wars on the tv. That was coolWould go again if I came into some extra cash.

I went for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. $11.00 buffet special for the holiday. When I told the cashier that it was my first time he threw in two drinks which was really nice! My friend and I went to get pizza and salad 2 times, and there were no potato wedges neither time, so the person working there brought some to our table. Good food and awesome staff. Great experience! I'll be going back!

I recently ordered the vegetarian pizza with thin crust and it was delicious! The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely worth the effort to order. The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly.
