12/21/23 Ordered a big box, checked to make sure it was right before I left. I had to walk back in and tell Ed how great it looked. Tasted as great as it looked. Good to see pride in work and product. Spent my 20s working pizza places. When you rock, I will tell you.

Only leaving a 2 star because I asked for water while dining in and they said they have no water… Only water bottles… that you have to pay for. That is tacky, no real dine in experience as there is not even water available.

Walked in and no one wanted to help us. Finally someone did and we ordered our $60 worth of food to eat inside establishment and when it came out the manager put it in the delivery or pick up area and walked out the door for the day. So after 30 minutes of waiting we went up to counter and had to request it. Clerk was rude and not friendly.

No one out pizzas this hut! I don't know about the other reviews but i received great customer service. I appreciate the person who was working and the cooks who made my order. I was short by a few $ and the guy helped out. The food is always bomb.com Always made with love! Very clean "Hut" with good atmosphere:) Shoutout to Caesar!

The worse customer service, I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks. I was waiting for 30 min seating in a table but nobody told me anything about my order. I asked to the cashier and after 35 min They found my order in the warmer with the To Go orders. I wasted my time and the manager never offered me anything. I asked for the refound and He never solve anything
Haven't been to PH in many years. Saw the advertisement for the big New Yorker decided to try it sadly it looked nothing like the TV picture or even the ad in the website it says double the pepperoni; no, there isn't double the pepperoni, but there are two types of pepperoni. They put on it, but still lacking in quantity. My pizza crust was soggy with grease in the center maybe should've needed a little bit more time in the oven cheese with scampi as well. Sad to say I won't be going back probably for many years.

I ordered a 5 topping medium pizza, but i only wanted two toppings but i ordered extra of the two toppings so my pizza would be covered. I asked for extra mushrooms and black olives (my only toppings), and half of my pizza literally had 2-3 pieces of each. They also stopped the sauce application a good 2" from the edge so i had dry, plain crust all the way around my pizza. It was a horrible pizza.

Took them 25 mins to make something that should only have taken 10 mins. Customer service was good. They just were not prepared to prepare fast food. The worst part was I was in a hurry

Being a franchise, you expect a certain quality. Out of all the pizzerias, I like Pizza Hut the most. Now, THIS Pizza Hut makes the pepperoni soooo perfect that the pepperoni lifted! And, the boneless chicken wings was just as good! I'd give it 10 stars. But, they only give you 5. Our first time here in China Lake/Ridgecrest and definitely our favorite!
