Had the red curry chicken and some egg rolls. Walked out feeling good.

Food use to be decent, but started using cheaper ingredients, i.e. meatballs. Very small portion sizes that still leaves me hungry, very long until food comes out, and very high price. Sat down for 15 minutes and no one ever came up to me, took it as a sign to never come back. Very disappointed on how it is being ran.

Offered a big tip beyond door dash for delivery and no.
The food is low quality, large portions.
The broth used in the pho was dull and seemed to be low quality out of the box product. The produce was old. beans sprouts were soggy , the basil should have been thrown away a day earlier.
The pad thai I was served had the same soggy beans sprouts and a small amount. No garlic chives. It seemed to be made up of a low quality bottled sauce and noodles and they mixed the red pepper flakes into the noodles instead of of presenting them as a garnish on the side. ( making it impossible to eat) Also one very small wedge of lime again not fresh.
I think there main problem is poor quality produce and ingredients.

It saddens me greatly how the food here has gone downhill. I loved Saigon Flavor. It was one of my favorite places to eat. The medium yellow curry (my fav dish) was obviously HEAVILY watered down. I know what the depth of flavor is in this dish & it doesn't compare to what it was even a year ago. The sesame balls were greasy. I got half the orange chicken we use to get. Then I opened the rice container & it's not even full. I know times are hard, but when you're paying over $70 you can at least fill the rice container. You guys took the Flavor out of Saigon & it breaks my heart.

Good food. Good food. Pad Thai veggie with tofu and pre-fresh springrolls also veggie and tofu. The springrolls were nice, the Pad Thai also only way too much so I had to leave half of it alone unfortunately! Friendly hospitable service!
High quality and fast service.
Great staff, great place
pad see ew was delicious
I can't remember the last time I ordered something spicy and it was legitimately spicy but today's lunch hit that mark.

Great Pho and other food for reasonable prices
When i had takeout the white rice container was only half empty but otherwise the food is good.

Sign and Google says they close at 9pm but we showed up at 8:30pm with a group of 9 of people and they said the kitchen was closed. Logically it would make sense that coming from a standpoint from “trying to make money” it would be important to attend these guests and make money by offering food and service but I guess that isn’t important to these people.

Super effective when you're staying overnight and want to escape fast food. Quite limited choice but largely sufficient. Be careful, lots of spicy dishes.

The food was very flavourful and nicely done. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable for what you get, definitely will return.
