I purchased a small coffee today at Starbucks in Ridgecrest Ca.II rarely do this. I notice the coffee is dripping around the lid. I ask for another lid. They replace the lid and it continues to leak. I ask for a straw so I don’t have to tip the cup to drink my coffee and I’m told they can’t give me a straw they are limited to cold drinks only, I can’t purchase a straw. She could give me a stir stick however it doesn’t have a hole in it to be able to drink the coffee. If I wanted a straw I’d have to purchase a cold drink. I won’t go back. Even McDonalds will give you a straw. Maybe I should have gone to McDonald’s instead.

Charged an extra drink onto another order to get extra money. Then when given the proof that the drink was free from the app the employee refused to look at the order to prove it was all free. Then proceeds to call the customers liars and that we are wrong. Sounds like a possible lawsuit. Multiple times employee was given the chance to check the free order and he refused and continued to accuse the customer of lying. Very poor behavior, very bad customer service and very disrespectful. Gaslighting the customer into believing they're in the wrong is crazy. If the employee isn't talked to or done anything about the store will be under investigation.
