Great customer service. I've been approached on occasion by staff to ask if I need help or just to say Hi. Always have what I need and no one bothers you for not wearing a mask. Keep it up Walmart, I'll be giving coming here more often instead of ordering from Amazon.

For over a month they have not been getting there DVDs on day one I have to go back like a week after release date to buy it & they have not been stocking Tyson tequila lime chicken wings for I don't know how long

I ordered online for pick up at inside kiosk. Before I left I let them know that I would be on my way. Got to the store checked in at the kiosk. We were the only people in line. The store was not busy. No employee walking by or at the customer service acknowledged us. After about 10 minutes we pressed the red button for service. The button was somehow turned off after a few minutes ( still no acknowledgment we existed). After standing there for 15 minutes customer service lady finally called someone. I could have picked out the items and been home before anyone helped me! What is the point of this service?!

I've been to Walmart stores all over but this is one of the nicest so far. The store and parking lot are very clean. The restroom was clean too. Most items were fully stocked with the isles nice and neat. They were in the process of taking apart the Halloween isle, so there were some things on the ground near that area. They have a lot of cool seasonal items right now. I was surprised to find a Subway and not a McDonald's inside. Also, this store has a drive-thru pharmacy. Most of the employees I encountered were friendly.

Too few cashiers to check you out. Double checking out once to pay and once again at the ONLY exit. The isles are packed with pallets so you can not walk around the store easily with a cart. This policy to have one door open at all times is so the store can hire less people and make more money. What's frightening is there's only one entrance/exit - a bottleneck - in the event of earthquake or fire. I buy less and less from this store. It's too dangerous of a place to shop We used to go Walmart five times a week. We spent a thousand dollars a month. Today we go in once every quarter and spend a few hundred dollars a year.

Poor costumer service I was in looking for an item asked multiple associates, waited in the item section for 20 minutes with no help, finally talked to a manager and he said they do not have the time in stock. Then to come home and look on the Walmart website to see that they have the item in stock and available for pick up today

Am currently waiting over 45 minutes for my grocery pickup. Cars that were here after have already been helped. Hire more people your one of 5 stores open and that will survive the forced shut down. Dog s*** !

We just got home from Walmart. Since there is a navy base (China Lake) here it is pay day for the few thousand civil servants on base. They had two cashiers on duty. It is going to be worse tomorrow during the day as it is the Friday that all facilities on base are closed many many people will head to Wally World. Maybe they have have a whole one cashier on duty. Wouldn't want anyone to be overworked now would we? Every other Friday is a non working Friday for the base it has been that way for many years everyone knows that. But does Wally World provide for that , of course not.

I just wanted to return my router ... But because it wasn't in the box. So i wasn't allowed to get my money back ... Don't buy electronics here they wont take them back if they are defective ....

Very frustrated with the pricing at this location, everything is priced higher than other walmarts and higher than Walmart.com. I have scanned multiple items and at different times during the year and still see prices are higher than normal. I have done price match walmart.com and its been like pulling teeth for the manager to fix the price. This town is isolated and we suffer from being ripped off from local Walmart.

The last few times I was in this Walmart I was amazed at how great this store is. The customer service is outstanding. I rang the bell in the Craft Department and had 3 employees asking to help me in less than a minute. While in the self-checkout, I was having trouble getting something to scan and the cashier was there to help me before I could ask for help. I also received great customer service at the Electronics Department where I had a question. They pretty much have everything I want to buy. They have a wonderful Craft Department as well. The store and the bathrooms are so clean. I don't know why the negative comments but maybe they've gotten better since then, or are under new management, etc. I've only been shopping here since last year and haven't had any issues.

Honestly, the only reason I like going here is because it has everything I need in one place, and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is horrible,and so are the lines.
