Waited 45 minutes for my pizza to come smashed and have all the cheese on the lid. Delivery driver probably put the orders before me all on top. I called and they wanted me to wait 40 minutes to get a better one and said “that’s not how it works” after I said I should be priority after the issue. Unbelievably unacceptable. Looked disgusting.

I ordered 2XL pizzas for work , they were for after a meeting. Ordered all meats and chicken bbq . They cooked them up so quick. And they were delicious , everyone loved the pizzas. Will order again in the future

First of all thanks for staying open late when everybody else closes. We wanted food when we arrived late in the evening and Dominos was open until 10:30pm. Pizza was very good and built just as we wanted. Employees were very nice and appreciative of our visit. Yummy yummy in our tummies, thank you Dominoes employees!

Food was fine. Taste was satisfying. Time to be finished was quite quick. I'd give it a 5 start for service but had a not so great experience. Wife called because they made the incorrect item for us. She doesn't eat pizza and we also live in Arrowbear. The manager speaking on the phone hung up on her and had 0 de-escalation skills. She (wife) was being a little rude so I don't blame her somewhat however, Hanging up on a customer whose already paid and the order wasn't done correctly is quite unfprofessional.

The garlic Parmesan sauce is soo good!If you’re not convinced Dominos is good pizza, try new things and experiment. That includes the different types of crust.Garlic Parmesan sauce was the best on Pan style crust.When we ordered it on hand tossed, I could barely taste it. Not sure why though..I have had the best gluten free pizza at this location ( Rim Forest, CA )

Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust is thin, tastes good, is one size, costs a little more.But we gluten intolerant people still get to eat pizza ? Sliced into 6 pieces of pizza.

The employees work so hard. The amount of orders that they were working on was insane (20 orders on the screen). The ovens were so full and couldn't keep up with the amount of orders coming in and the employees just kept going, with huge smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work.

Serious customer service issues. I get the sense that it is systemic and starts from the top down. Very obvious that they do not value their customers. They can get away with it due to very little competition. Franchise should look in to whoever owns this location.
