We had a nice brisket and Hot links with a side of Cole slaw and cheese macaroni. The macaroni was hot creamy but the slaw could use a bit more flavoring. There was a big yellow sign to make sure you didn’t miss the entrance. You can order in advance after 11 a.m. to pick up after you finish work before six p.m. Will be back for more brisket and the tangy bar b que sauce. Yum
Hank's BBQ is great! Food arrived right on time, with all the utensils, serving spoons, napkins etc. All I had to do was provide a table and the Caterer did the rest. Food was fantastic, and pricing was so reasonable, considering the amount and quality of the food. Thanks Hank, for all that you do!
Hickory Hanks catered our wedding in March, 2024. They were professional, prompt, and the food was excellent! It is so nice that they bring their BBQ and cook on site. That makes it especially nice for an event like an outdoor/tent wedding. Our menu consisted of tri tip, chicken, grilled veggies, mac and cheese, green salad, and garlic bread.
