I & C Bakery is an amazing and affordable place to get delicious cakes and Mexican bread. They offer a variety of treats, from cupcakes to tres leches cakes. Customers love the friendly service and cute space, making it perfect for special occasions like birthdays. The mini pan dulce is a must-try, and the whipped cream filling in the cakes is light and yummy. The bakery is amazing and delicious, though it gets very busy early on weekends. There is no too much of a wait, mainly because it's all good and no disappointments, unless they sell out. Patience is needed for parking. The husband bought cream horns, and they were the best thing ever tasted, light & flaky. This is the best Pan Dulce nearby, with the squared one with cheese filling being a favorite. The space is tiny but has a display case full of Mexican pastries that smelled wonderful. They also have pastries with cream cheese, jalapeños, and ham, which were bigger than expected and good even cold, even better toasted. Don't miss out on this hidden gem in a cute little town!
