Little Caesars was just okay. The pizza was alright—not great, not terrible, just kind of whatever. What really annoyed me was the roof leaking right above me while I was paying. Like, how does that even happen? Had to dodge drips while trying to handle my order. Definitely distracted me from the whole experience. Not sure I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.

Some times good sometimes not so good . What once was an inexpensive pizza restaurant with decent pizza , this chain has gon to the other side of affordability almost doubling their prices. But that seems to be the case with all food chains. I did want to just point out a couple things about the pizza chain in whole not just this one in particular. First off you should Be aware that this promotion of order online and get free crazy bread is a bit shady and I feel very dishonest to the customer because if you order crazy bread on line or in the store you have the option of getting the breadsticks without sauce or you have the choice to get one sauce with each order at no charge. I am assuming it is because a lot of people do not care for the sauce and it would be a big waste , that’s my assumption. So they have not charged money for the sauce ever, at least not for the last 8 years that I have been eating their pizza. But with the free crazy bread promotion , when you order online and you choose the promotion for the free crazy bread with any pizza order , they give you the bread for free and they automatically add the sauce. Well that sauce is $1.50 . So if you don’t remove the sauce you are getting charged for it . That being said I am only complaining about the trickery about the deal that does not get told to you upfront , and because the prices at little Caesar’s have gone thru the roof. And if they and every other food restaurant want to stick me for my money then they all can get the honest truth about their prices , food quality, and some of the lazy bums that make this expensive ass meal for our families but don’t bother wearing gloves after scratching their crotch or won’t wear hair nets because it would f$?! up their high . And secondly the online app sucks just as bad as their prices as it will not allow you to add extra butter or cheese to the food , the breadsticks in this case . I don’t think that they should charge 7 dollars for crazy bread if the bread is over cooked to the color of brown leaving them harder then ones teeth. And as of recently I think they must be trying to save money because they don’t have cheese on them and their is not enough butter to cover them. So as the food prices go up , way up the quality goes the exact opposite ,down the toilet ! I ordered pizza and breadsticks online about a year ago and they did not have the option to add butter or cheese so I called immediately after placing the order and was going to ask if they could add the extras that I like on my breadsticks but the rude ass that answered the phone told me that they could not add it because I ordered online! I even offered her my bank card to pay the $1 dollar that they charge to make the bread as I like and she would not do it for me . I wanted to reach thru the phone and strangle this person . Anyways that’s not the end of the. If you order delivery and get a soda with your pizza . Make sure they bring you the soda . I can name 5 times that they have not brought the soda . And at the new price of almost 5 dollars for a 2 dollar bottle of soda they are making out like bandits without providing what we pay for ! Only one time has a delivery driver actually acknowledged it and returned to my surprise with a soda . I think I am going to call it quits with this company just because of the dishonesty . Not because their food is crap!

On the way home, felt like picking up pizza for the family. Walked in, asked what was ready and got a crazy stuffed pizza with pepperoni. Nothing like two slices in, biting into the slice and getting a big long black hair in your mouth and teeth !!!!! So gross and against Health regulations for them to be making pizzas without covering their hair. Yes, the manager did the right thing and gave me a store credit for another pizza but, totally grossed out with this one on my table with my family
Got a hot and ready pepperoni. 10.55$ when did it get so expensive? What happened to the 5$ hot and ready. Quality of taste is ok. Definitely not worth 11$

The service is okay during the day. But come 9:30 or so 30 minutes before they close they seem to get bent out of shape if they have to cook another Pizza even though they're still open. And good luck trying to get ahold of them on the phone because they are not answering after 9:30. The food there is always different it never tastes the same. And their breadsticks are really good one night and hard and way over cooked the next day, if you have bad teeth don't order the breadsticks. You can tell that half of the employees do not want to be there, but the ones that do are very nice and helpful. If there wasn't only four choices to eat after 9:00 at night, then I probably wouldn't be eating Little Caesars as much as I do

I walked in and got the pepperoni crazy puffs and some italian cheesy bread. Once I got home, I looked in the box and everything was smashed, and the cheese was sliding off of the bread.
