Dietary restrictions: My B.F. has restrictions due to the heart attack he suffered in August. In order to eat at McDonald's I have to get creative and avoid as much added salt/sodium as possible. In reality he can only have salads, fresh fruit, and oatmeal when we eat at McDonald's. Everything else has way too much sodium, sugar, fats, and not "food" content. Anything that does not go bad, expire, decompose, get moldy or rot should not be considered "food"...

I've been to many, many a McDonald's in my life and this one is hands down #2 on my list. The ice cream is never out of service either. A big deal in Sacramento and surrounding areas.
