There is a new employee by the name of JP. He is the most upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly, persistent, kind, and always makes my day brighter. He gives great compliments and he has the best hair always greeting with a smile and an upbeat attitude. You can tell he loves making other people’s day Brighter we need more JP‘s in our life thank you Starbucks

It’s a nice spot to sit and get some work done or just relax.
One thing I want to point out for other customers: they have a policy where they won’t give you a cup of water unless you purchase something. You can buy bottled water if you need it, but they don’t provide water unless you’re making another purchase. Just something to be aware of before stopping in.

I used to really like this location until today. Corporate decides to charge for sweetening drinks, but stevia isn’t charged for the cup of coffee someone else ordered ahead of me? On top of that your employee tells me you’ve been charging for sweetening a beverage “forever” when I was not charged on 6/18? Train your employees to be transparent not gaslighting customers for a publicized policy change.

Not only was it a terrible work environment!! Rachelle admitted to spitting in my water so I was super peeved when they even claimed not to sell cupped water anymore :( no spit do not recommend 1 star ⭐

The staff were not friendly. The worst part of this place is that other customers that live in town are racist. Two times I've gotten different comments by people while minding my own business. So I'm going to take my business elsewhere and Rio Linda can continue to be the place everyone thinks it is.
