Tummy's in Rio Linda, California, has been around for a good long while, and I was a regular customer for about 12 of those years. I worked at the neighboring fertilizer plant and tried to get over to Tummy's for lunch as often as I could. Had the Philly Cheese Steak and a cookie. If bland food floats your boat then prepare to set sail on the Sea of Mediocrity. I had to add salt to my sandwich in order to eat it which is unfortunate because I used to come here in the early 2000s and it was rad. Oh well, it was nice to see it's still around.
